the calendar that never heals
Based on the reversal of the phrase, “time heals all wounds,” this experimental calendar features every day printed on a sheet of transparency each, using ‘yesterday’ to actualize ‘today’. The calendar emphasizes the acceptance of imperfections that one may have to endure in their lives. Time may not heal all wounds, but we can certainly make the best of it.
This conceptual project was conceived for my Typography class whilst a student at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Keeping the design minimalistic, I focused on the meaning behind the functionality of the calendar and created an unexpected system for it. Research, process, and execution, including a lot of trials and errors, were done by myself.
